Terms of use
Short version: MyAgens is free and fully open source under the GNU GPLv3, self-hosted on your machine, for personal and business use. No account, no cloud, no lock-in. Here is the short version in full.
The software
MyAgens is fully open source under the GNU GPLv3, free for personal and business use. It runs on your machine and stays under your control. The licence on the code says what you may do with it, and these terms do not replace it.
The source is public on GitHub, external contributions are welcome, and you can read it, change it for yourself, and share your changes under the same licence. github.com/gyorgysh/myagens.
What you agree not to do
Do not sell the software as your own, bundle it into something harmful, or point the fleet at anything illegal. That is most of the list.
Liability
The software is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, pueev OÜ is not liable for loss from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived under Estonian or EU law.
Privacy
The software is self-hosted and sends nothing anywhere unless you set up a remote channel. The site sets no cookies and tracks no one. The privacy notice is the whole of it, and it is short too.
Changes
